Destroy the ice with an explosive. Then, get a Pterodactyl fly out of the starting room. To process, you can either dig through the wall to your left or extinguish the fires above. To extinguish the fires, either spawn Rain by pressing the two Red Buttons to press the red buttons, fly into the lower one, and use a Fan (Tool) to blow the Ice Block Big into the upper right one. Once past either the wall or the fires, simply proceed to the starite in the lower right.
