Solutions
Kill the Redcaps with a Ghost, then open the doors with a mechanic, then type in Wings. Finally, type in Chain and have Maxwell hold one end, and attach the other end to the Metal Box. Then fly away, drop the chain somewhere else, and grab the starite. It goes over the par, and this was the only solution for this level. Now, a somewhat easier way is available, this is to use a magnet instead of the wings+chain, thus ending in par. You can also use the mechanic to open both doors and then use it as bait while you do the rest, thus ending under par.
