Solutions
Place a fan just right of the Starite so that it blows towards you. Use anyone powerful to kill the Spring-Heeled Jack upstairs. Go as close as the green door as you can and then place an engineer next to the switch. He will open the door and the fan will push the Starite to you before the falling spikes can destroy it.
