Solutions

• Clear the water

• Summon a creature such as the Kraken, Nessie or a Sea Serpent to clear the water.

• Rescue the Diver

• Use a Diving item such as Scuba, Flippers or a Dolphin, touch the cage and select "Empty"

• Get the Starite

• The Diver will follow to the surface. The gate blocking the Starite should open.
