Solutions

• Drop an explosive (Bomb/Claymore (Bomb) etc.) onto the Ice Spikes.
• Use any Melee Weapon to break the ice. You can kill the ice giant or just run past it.
• Fly up with Wings/Winged Sandals/Helibackpack and get the Starite.
