The Alligator is a large semiaquatic reptile similar to a crocodile but with a broader and shorter head, native to the Americas and China.

Behavior

It has 50 health points, weights the same as a lion and has a bash attack that deals 40 of damage. It can equip hats, glasses, wings and backpacks. When tamed, you can ride it.

They are extremely hostile, attacking almost every single NPC in-game, with the exception of alligator hatchlings and other alligators, which they will protect instead. They are also protective towards eggs, dinosaur eggs and dragon eggs.

As a carnivorous creature, it will eat any type of meat and flesh. It also eats some animals, these being tiny mammals, prey fishes, small birds, lizards and amphibians. Like most animals, you can pet it.
