Artie wears a black rooster helmet shaped like a beret, with a pencil held by his ear. He has a French moustache, and wears an artist's clothing with two visible paint splatters. In his shirt pocket is a paintbrush. He sports brown jeans, and wears black dress shoes.

The girl in Artie's painting is lonely. You can create several human objects with an adjective, such as romantic, to make him become happy. A simple solution is to give Artie some painting supplies, such as paint.
