A Balloon is a toy that floats upward due to the intense concentration of helium blown into them.
Balloons can be strapped onto an object to keep it from floating away. A few balloons will cause the object to float down to the ground slower. With one or two more, the object will lightly float above the ground. If more are added, the object may begin to float in the air or fly off the screen.
