Unlike mousetraps, traps bite onto an NPC and have limited health. They kill more mice than a mousetrap. Using traps can eventually kill you. When an NPC get close, it closes like a mouth and bites them to death. When it's closed, NPCs cannot move. It does not work on any mythical creatures, monsters, or objects. This used to be weak in Scribblenauts.

Glitch: Using an EMP when a trap is in use will cause the trap to open up, letting the NPC move, but still take damage. Two traps on the same NPC won't be affected by EMP.
