A black hole is an incredibly dense object that has gravity so strong, that it draws in everything near it and completely disintegrates them. If you are too close, it will kill you too, even in Free play mode. In Super Scribblenauts, it simply destroys the level.

In Scribblenauts Unlimited+, when placed is vacuuming the items inside destroying them, excluding Maxwell. Most of the huge items won't be managed to be vacuumed since of the size.

Trivia

• The black hole appears on the Starite mission Danger: Black Hole! at Kana Craters in Scribblenauts Unlimited.
• Clicking on a cat while holding bread or toast and pressing “Use” will result in the cat transforming into a black hole. This is a reference to a popular “paradox” in pop culture.
• Attempting to add the adjective "black" to a hole on the notebook gives you it, but doing it in other ways will not.
