A bogeyman is a bluish-gray humanoid that resembles a nearly hairless ghoul with blue clothes on. The bogey man is used to frighten children and keep them from misbehaving, but in-game, the bogeyman frightens virtually all human NPCs, and is not limited to just children.
In the original Scribblenauts, bogeyman was a synonym to Kobold. It can be found in the house playground in Super Scribblenauts.
