An arsonist is a man holding a match, obsessed by fire. Pyromaniacs will set fire to anything flammable they see. This includes most buildings (houses, farms, etc.) and things like beams, oil, logs, etc. They usually watch whatever they have lit burn to ashes before lighting another fire.
Pyromaniacs are attacked by cops and other "good" guys on sight.
