Bubbles is one of Maxwells brothers in Scribblenauts Unlimited. He can be found in the Alliteration Abyss.
Bubbles comes to the farm in his first appearance. He tells you about the Alliteration Abyss and it's neighboring areas. Suddenly, a Weatherman comes riding a roflcopter. An orca is tied to the roflcopter. Bubbles then calls for his magic dolphin that rides on land, hence the title of his achievment. Maxwell also gets a galapagos turtle, to his dismay.

Bubbles wears a scuba-diving outfit, complete with a scuba helmet, suit, and an oxygen tank.
