Greek Mythology

These are creatures, people, deities or objects belonging to the mythology and religion of Ancient Greece (from about 8th century BC to 7th Century AD). They are generally associated with distinct stories regarding their encounters or creation. Roman Mythology for the most part overlaps Greek Mythology, as the Romans practiced a kind of cultural and religious assimilation.
