Bears, black bears and polar bears are protective towards it. Spelunkers are curious towards it. The player can step on it, as if it was a platform.

Gallery
Glitches
In Scribblenauts, when you place a cave in a level and then spawn any building with an NPC inside of it (e.g.: bungalow, mansion etc), the NPC inside the building will die and leave the building. The glitch only works if the bear is in the cave.
