Chilly is one of Maxwell's 40 brothers. He is the 4th brother to come to Edwin's Farm to see Lily, in which Santa and his sleigh train and Jack Frost riding a yeti appears. Jack Frost is trying to kill Santa with the Yeti. Chilly, Maxwell and Santa proceed to run away. Chilly's home was eventually wrecked by Jack Frost's yeti.

Appearance

He is wearing a more lumpy and flat light blue version of Maxwell's rooster helmet but has a white headband going over it. Unlike Maxwell's headphones, his are brown earmuffs. He also wears a red scarf, a long-sleeved light periwinkle shirt with a pocket in the front, and brown shorts with yellow boots.

How to Unlock

Chilly's house is wrecked, provide him with a new home. You have to give him a building, such as a house, mansion, hotel, igloo, mobile home, or a condominium.

Trivia

During the short cutscene in which he first appears, he has a muffled voice. This may be a reference to Kenny, a protagonist in South Park.
