Chilly is one of Maxwell's 40 brothers. He appears at Edwin's Farm to guide Maxwell to the Abian Sea Front. Suddenly, Santa and his sleigh train and Jack Frost riding a yeti appears. Jack Frost is trying to kill Santa with the Yeti. Chilly, Maxwell and Santa proceed to run away. His home was then wrecked by Jack Frost's yeti.
Appearance
He is wearing a more lumpy and flat light blue version of Maxwell's hat but has a white headband going over it. Unlike Maxwell's headphones, his are brown earmuffs. He also wears a red scarf, a long-sleeved light periwinkle shirt with a pocket in the front, and brown shorts with yellow rain boots.
How to Unlock
His house is wrecked. You have to give him a building, such as a house, mansion, hotel igloo mobile home or a condominium.
