Cole Phillips is a man with an assault rifle who is hard to kill. He was a designer on the game.
He gets mad when you take away his rifle, and sometimes there will be an assault rifle next to him.
He's featured in one of the Time Machine levels in Super Scribblenauts, in which oddly he wields a different kind of rifle to normal.

Without his gun, he can defeat a Shoggoth in 3 hits, one hit more than Nathan, but he is not fearless. Although he is armed and can take 5 fireballs, he cannot win against Nathan with or without his gun.
In Scribblenauts Unlimited, he wields double revolvers instead of a rifle.
