The Cowboy is an NPC who makes apparances in most Western-themed levels. If given weapons, they will attack Sheriffs, for some reason. They will ride Horses and chase cows. They seemed to be scared of Cops. They follow cowboy hats. They will fight chiefs.

Female Variant

A Female Cowboy is a Cowgirl. Cowgirls wear a red top which exposes their belly and brown pants with brown boots which lacks spurs.
