Dead refers to a state that can be added to an object, causing it to lie down and become completely unresponsive. Oddly when you make a dead pregnant person, once it gives birth, it will stand up and the offspring will be living. If you add it to yourself, Maxwell will die once, but act normally even though appearing to still be 'dead'.
