A devil is the lord of the underworld. When used in the terms of a creature, Imp, or Demon, is an evil being associated with evil. All devils have the ability to fly due to their wings, and are hostile towards all living objects. If a God is near a devil, it will become scared and run away.

Female Variant

The Female Variant of Devil is slightly different, only because she has green hair, and a gray robe. It's a reference to Scanty of Panty & Stocking.

Trivia

It is attracted to hell and will attack heaven.
The female version resembles Scanty Demon from the anime Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt.
Strangely, despite Satan being male, typing the synonym Satan will sometimes spawn the female like the other synonyms.
Devil appears on Grave Manor in Scribblenauts Unlimited.
Devil appears in every level of Scribblenauts Unmasked.
