Drone Drop! is a wordy minigame in Scribblenauts Showdown.
Object of the game[]
Players compete to complete more drone deliveries and score higher points than their opponents.
Gameplay[]
Before the game, one player spins a wheel to determine a starting letter. Each player must then choose an object that starts with that letter.
In the game, the player needs to make drone deliveries for their chosen object. Various landing pads are located around a map labeled with different point values that players can deliver their object to. The objects are carried on ropes, dangling underneath the drones. Players lose progress and have to restart if their object hits the ground or a smokestack while attempting a delivery. Players are unable to reuse landing pads after a delivery is completed, causing an incentive to compete for the ones worth more points first. After completing a delivery, the player respawns and the game continues until the time runs out. Whoever has the most points at the end wins.

- The minigame uses a unique Drone object with 10 possible designs, with the one used being based on the avatar chosen. Custom avatars created in My Scribblenaut can select which design is used during creation.
- If the player crashes the item they're carrying into something, it's normally destroyed in a puff of smoke. However, crashing the drone itself causes it to be destroyed in a larger, fiery explosion instead.
