A Blue-and Yellow vehicle whose primary purpose is to dispose of rubbish. And it doesn't actually do that on the game. It is just as fast as the Jalopy, even though a Jalopy belongs in one. If dropped on someting from a high height, it can deal great amounts of damage. See? It's got loads of great uses...
