Electrical Current spawns two poles with a flash in the middle. It constantly unleashes sparks (as with most Electrical objects). It Explodes when Water touches it. If an object (living or not, unless it is metal) touches it, it will shock it and do light damage. It also catches wood on fire when it contacts. It can be used in levels to create electric floor tiles.
