Fifth Cell is an item that the player can type in. The item is composed by 4 white hexagons around a single red hexagon, the logo of the company who developed the series. In Super Scribblenauts, it has strings so it stays afloat in the sky. The item is designed as an easter egg, and doesn't serve any actual purpose.
Trivia[]
- 5th Cell is also the creator of Drawn to Life (DS) and Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii, DS).
- 5th Cell produced Scribblenauts after it came to Jeremiah Slaczka in a dream. According to an interview with gaming magazine Nintendo Power, Jeremiah imagined a game in which the player types a sentence and it comes to life. This idea was too complex, though, so he reformed it into the Scribblenauts engine.
- When it is placed in Scribblenauts Unlimited and Scribblenauts Unmasked, it plays a jingle. This is a chime version of part of the Scribblenauts and Super Scribblenauts themes. The ice cream truck plays the same jingle.
