Batman: My story is one born out of tragedy... Before that night... I had everything. The night that I lost my parents... I was all alone in the world. Lily: Maxwell, find some way to comfort him. Give him a toy to play with. Solution: Spawn a teddy bear.
Batman: From that night forward I vowed to destroy crime. When I returned to school, there was a bully. He was much bigger than I was, but I needed to learn to be brave. Batman: Criminals are a cowardly, superstitious lot. I knew that I needed a guise to strike terror into their hearts... A creature of the night... but what would it be? Lily: Give him something to inspire his costume! What animal is Batman based on? Solution: Spawn a bat.
Batman: I had to train my body to physical perfection. Lily: Give him something to help him get in shape! Solution: Spawn a dumbbell.
