This object can be equipped by the player. When equipping it you get a Spray option, selecting it makes the player will display the Fiddle animation and create cloud particles.
Using on a fire source makes the object get the extinguished adjective. When a fireman gets close to fire, they will spawn and equip a fire extinguisher, maxwell can equip this item
