The adjective Nonhazardous reduces the wielder's damage output to zero, this applies to weapons and NPCs. Hostile NPCs wielding this adjective will spawn neutral instead. This adjective can be used to remove the painful adjective.

Nonhazardous wand in use.

Transforming a crowd into frogs using a nonhazardous wand.

Bullets and other projectiles will just go trough their target. However weapons that transform into other objects or give an adjective (e.g.: wand, tranquilizer gun etc) will go trough the target and cause said effect, causing these weapons to become more effective.

It also causes heavy objects to become extremly light. For example, a huge boulder dropped on somebody's head while wielding this adjective won't cause any damage.

When wielding this adjective, portals won't spawn a creature or disappear, causing it to become a decoration in the level. It also causes other objects that self-destruct, like rickroll or loituma girl to not disappear.

In Scribblenauts Unmasked, heroes and villains wielding this adjective are still able to cause damage using their super-powers. Superman still can use his heat vision, Green Lantern still create hard light constructs etc.

If the hazmat worker manages to equip the uranium without dying, they will give it this adjective, causing it to become safe to move near.
