The adjective Haunted describes something frequented by a ghost.

When clicking on the wielder, you can choose an interact action button, selecting causes a ghost to appear and wielder loses said adjective.
The priest can remove the haunted adjective and ghost hunters are hostile towards objects with this adjective. NPCs wielding this adjective express the 
emotion.
When a ghost investigates a nonliving object (valve, bobber etc), the ghost will disappear and give the haunted adjective to the object. Objects wielding this adjective, when destroyed, will leave a ghost behind.
