The adjective Frost-Breathing makes the wielder able to breathe ice.

Effects

In Super and Remix the wielder will shoot a projectile named @Frost Breath, that gives the frozen adjective upon hitting it's target. They express the emotion in these versions.

In Unlimited and Unmasked it creates a freeze blast that damages the objects touching it. In these games they express the emotion instead.
