The Grappling Hook is a hook usually with multiple prongs that is typically attached to a rope and is used for grabbing, grappling, or gripping.
Uses[]
It looks similar to a Gun, yet the barrel is slightly thicker, and the handle is further forward. It can be used to pull objects towards Maxwell, or to latch onto and swing from objects. It is very similar to the lasso, as both are efficient grapplers, and work in a similar way.

- If an item is glued to the hook, and Maxwell fires it at an object, the game will instantly freeze. (Not in Super Scribblenauts.)
- When you try to grapple onto most Sky Objects in Scribblenauts Unlimited, it will instantly make Maxwell die.
- When you use it on a tornado the game will crash.
