The grappling hook is a tool in both Scribblenauts,and it's sequel, Super Scribblenauts.It looks similar to a Gun, yet the barrel is slightly thicker, and the handle is further forward. It can be used to pull objects towards Maxwell, or to latch onto and swing from objects. It is very similar to the lasso, as both are efficient grapplers, and work in a similar way.

- Typing/writing 'Ghook' will also spawn a grappling hook. (Not in Super Scribblenauts)
