Itchy makes the wielder scratch themselves uncontrollably. This can be used to incapacitate hostile NPCs to allow the player to defeat them with a extremely small rate of taking damage. They will equip the backscratcher when wielding this adjective.

- Moving near a Poison Ivy it will give the NPC itchy adjective.
- The player can't be affected by this adjective.
- Fire Ants will apply the Itchy adjective to any object they attack.
- If the player attacks any NPC with the itchy adjective they will not run away
