A jabberwock is a hostile creature that resembles a mixture of a dragon and a praying mantis, but is thinner with bucked teeth, smaller wings, and has antennas. despite its deformed appearance, it can actualy fly. If tamed, it can be ridden, however it is slow and jittery when flown. In Super Scribblenauts, it can be made 'supersonic', fixing the spped problem but giving it an even more frightening appearance.

- If the player summons a portal, a jabberwock is one of the possible creatures to appear.
- The jabberwock comes from Lewis Carrol's poem Jabberwocky found in Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There.
