A japanese water monster.
It is one of the creatues that can come from the portal. If you give him cucumber, he will eat it, and if you are playing Super Scribblenauts, he will get the friendly adjective. This is a reference to how the myth says Kappas loves cucumber and befriended humans who gave it to them.
