Kyle Rayner is the fourth Green Lantern of Earth, and a powerful member of the Green Lantern Corps serving as an honor guard. The sentient willpower entity Ion possessed him and gave him incredible powers for a period of his career, but he was later briefly possessed by the fear entity Parallax as well.

Trivia
- If a refrigerator is summoned near Kyle, he will become frightened of it and run away. This is in reference to an infamous event in which Kyle found his girlfriend Alexandra DeWitt murdered and her dismembered body stuffed inside his fridge by the villain Major Force.
