This is the LHC(Large Hadron Collider). It is the world's largest high-energy particle accelerator, capable of sending particles at near light speed. Within Scribblenauts, it makes a Black Hole when used. This is largely accredited to the questionable outcome of the experiments conducted by its creators(CERN). Some people speculate that such a large amount of energy could potentially produce a black hole or a sun. Others think that a pink elephant will come out. Only time will tell, when it's finally fully operational.
