The adjective "level" is when the object randomly creates shapes. In super scribblenauts, it creates a protractor.
Objects pick up a random shape until the adjective is removed. The shapes don't spawn with any adjectives.
Contents
Super Scribblenauts
In Super Scribblenauts, it makes the item hold a protractor. Sadly, no random shapes coming out.

Glitches
Scribblenauts Unlimited
Objects made by the level adjective, the level adjective being on the main character (Maxwell, etc.) cannot be dragged.
This glitch can be solved by either doing "The Purse Glitch" or using another object, such as @LILY.

Objects created by level objects within containers can and will generate their objects on the side of the map.
Uses
You can build with shapes with it.
You don't need to get out Maxwell's Notebook to get them.
Super Scribblenauts: You get a protractor, along with the item being able to hold stuff.
Trivia
The level adjective makes your item hold a protractor. (Super Scribblenauts)
The level adjective makes your item spit out shapes. (Unlimited, maybe Remix, and Unmasked)
No matter how many containers a level object is, that container will make shapes. Try putting a level level in a chest, putting that chest in a chest, or having multiple level objects in the containers will make shapes come out more rapidly.
