Lion Fish are a species of tropical fish that have long spines on their back. These spines contain a dangerous poison that can easily kill an unwary human. This likely why they are very aggressive in-game. Surprisingly though, in-game, they don't have the ability to poison their enemies. Lion Fish attack any enemy is sight, although in nature they aren't hostile and are rather peaceful, despite having very poisonous spines.
