A Macaw is a colorful type of parrot with long tail-feathers and a large beak. Macaws feed on a variety of foods, but are known to scrape off clay to consume from the sides of natural land-structures. This is done to help them remove toxins from the body, which can be found in some natural food sources. Macaws are one of the few animals that are able to imitate words from the human language, being able to create simple sentences.
