Solutions

The watch is in the crocodile.

Quick And Easy (2 items)
- Drop a Blob/Ooze/Death on the crocodile to kill it.
- Swim over and fly up to retrieve the watch, then bring it back to the pirate.
Let The Pirate Have Revenge (Zero items)

Note: This is not possible in Scribblenauts Remix.

- Swim over to the right, but not all the way. Jump out of the water a few times to lure the crocodile off the ledge. Keep luring it back (it's a slow swimmer).
- Stay in the water all the way to the left, even if you get bit once. The pirate will jump into the water and kill the crocodile. The starite will fall on Maxwell.
