Solution
- Use a Blob/Ooze/Death to kill the two enemies and two piranhas.
- Shoot the enemies and piranhas with a Bazooka.
- Open each crate and carry the item inside to the left.
- For the crate high on the ledge, you'll need to pull it down, blow it down or fly up to it.
- For the underwater create, you will need a swimming item (e.g. Scuba, Oxygen tank, Oxygen mask, etc.)
