Objects and NPCs: Concrete Mixer, Roadblock, Trucker

"Stop the out-of-control truck!"

Place a large animal (e.g. Hippo, T-Rex, etc.) in front of the truck. Once the truck is stopped, it can be removed.
You will have to cross over the truck to get to the Starite.
