You cannot kill the Mutants.

Immobilize them
- Put a Saddle/Houdah under each mutant to render them completely harmless. Fly up with each trash bag and leave them anywhere.
Large Air Vent wins every level (One-word solution)
- Use a Large Air Vent and blow the mutants to the right. Put it under the hole and "walk up" in the air with the first two bags. While staying up, blow the mutants to the left. Now you can safely go back down for the third back and bring it up the same way.
