The Pearl is a concretion formed within the shell of some mollusks and used as a gem.

This object can be equipped and thrown by the player. It has 60 health points, weights the same as a spider and sinks underwater.
You can find one inside the oyster. The giant clam will leave a pearl upon defeat.
People that work with money (e.g.: shopkeeper, banker etc) will equip it and criminals will steal it. The gemcutter can transform it into a piece of jewelry.
