Quetzalcoatl is a Mesoamerican deity whose name comes from the Nahuatl language and has the meaning of "feathered serpent". Although he is not hostile, people will still run away in fear of him, and although he is a Serpent god, and snakes will still attack him. Enchantresses and gods also attack him when they see him.
