Robotman II is a robot-hero that have the brain of a human since mad scientist Niles Caulder created him by transplanting his brain, getting superpowers to save the world.

The victim of an accident that destroyed his body , Clifford Steele's brain was transplanted into a metallic body to become the second version of Robotman I. He is a member of the Doom Patrol.
