A Sarcastic Fringehead is a very territorial fish that can be found off the western coast of America. They are very dull in color and have a large, protruding jaw as well as disproportionate fins.

Though not aggressive towards Maxwell, sarcastic fringeheads are very belligerent and will fight larger fish and consume smaller ones in-game.
