A Serial Killer is someone who kills repeatedly. Spawning this NPC means certain death for most people nearby. Surprisingly, they do not spawn with any kind of weapon.

The Dog Catcher will Tame a Serial Killer and render him harmless.

The male sprite appears to be modeled after the main character Dexter from the TV series of the same name and some real-life male American serial killers such as Jeffrey Dahmer and Ted Bundy.
