A Shoemaker is someone who makes shoes.
When he sees a shoe they will try to equip it, but will unable to since NPCs can't wear footwears. They also give the Sparkling adjective to shoes, but it's not something that always happens.
In the DS games he had a different design, but it was changed in Scribblenauts Remix.
